Mjölnir

The Open Source Energy Advisor.

About Mjölnir

While demand response can rely on the flexibility resulting from device operation, the success of this mechanism is heavily reliant on the exchange of information between the grid and the consumers. Mjölnir is an out-of-the-box framework providing a platform were various feedback concepts can be assessed. Widgets display disaggregated and aggregated consumption information, as well as daily production and tailored advices.

The framework can be yours right now, simply go to the download page. The code is released under the AGPL v.3 open source licence, which lets you use it for any purpose as long as you share improvements with the community.

We expect the tool to be beneficial for researchers carring out field tests on persuasive technologies. Therefore, we encourage improvements from external users and expect further releases to follow.
